We provide private sessions, small-group training, and targeted skill development designed to build real technique, confidence, and results in every sport.

Sessions are held at the court, field, or location of your choice, giving you complete convenience. As long as the spot is within the coach’s designated city range, your coach will travel directly to you for the session. When checking out, simply follow the on-screen instructions and enter the name of the park or the full address so your coach knows exactly where to go. This ensures your session starts on time and at the correct location.

If a coach doesn’t show up, the parent receives a full refund. We also flag the session internally, review the coach’s reliability score, and take corrective action to ensure professionalism and consistency across all Apex sessions.

If a parent doesn’t show up, they are still responsible for the full payment of the session, and a refund will not be issued. This policy protects our coaches’ time and ensures consistent scheduling for all Apex athletes and families.

If weather causes a session cancellation after the session has already begun, no weather-related refund will be issued. However, if the session is canceled before it starts, parents may reschedule the session free of cost. Coaches are required to notify the Apex scheduling department immediately, ensuring the parent is promptly rescheduled at no additional charge. If coaches fail to notify Apex about a weather cancellation, the parent will not be able to reschedule the session free of cost. Proper communication from coaches is required to ensure families receive complimentary rescheduling when applicable.

If the field or court is occupied at the time of the session, it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure the location is available during their scheduled training window. Apex recommends confirming field availability in advance, checking for league games, practices, or facility reservations, and arriving early to secure space so the session can begin on time without interruption.

Parents may not reschedule or cancel less than 12 hours in advance.

Our service team is typically always available from 1:00-8:00PM, but in rare circumstances where we are not, we will get back to you within 24-72 hours.
