QUESTIONS
BASEBALL FAQ.
What ages do you train for baseball?
Ages 5 through varsity. Tee-ball through high-school showcase prep — the curriculum and intensity scale appropriately.
Do you train hitting and pitching?
Yes. Hitting mechanics (load, stride, contact, finish) and pitching (arm-care first, then velocity, then command). Fielding and base-running are also covered.
Do you measure exit velocity?
Yes. Exit velo, throwing velo, and 60-yard times are tracked for athletes who want measurable showcase numbers. Useful for travel-ball and high-school prep.
Do you do 1-on-1 hitting lessons?
Yes. Private hitting and pitching instruction available. Most parents start with the free first session to see the coaching style.
What about travel-ball tryout prep?
Travel-ball tryout prep is a focused 4-6 week track — exit velo, fielding mechanics, swing decisions, and confidence-under-pressure work.
