QUESTIONS
GYMNASTICS FAQ.
What ages do you train for gymnastics?
Ages 5 through high-school competition. We work with both recreational and pre-competitive athletes.
Do you have certified gymnastics coaches?
Yes. All gymnastics coaches are vetted, experienced, and trained in age-appropriate progressions. SafeSport-aligned protocols throughout.
Is your gymnastics training for competition or rec-level?
Both. Some athletes train with us as a supplement to competitive team training. Others use Apex as their primary recreational gymnastics development.
Do you cover strength + flexibility?
Yes — both are core to the curriculum. Strength training is body-weight focused for younger athletes, with progressive loading for older athletes.
What facility do gymnastics sessions use?
Sessions are held at partner facilities with appropriate equipment (mats, beams, bars where needed). Specific facility confirmed at booking.
