What ages do you train for swim?
Ages 5 through varsity. We assume basic water safety; we focus on stroke development and race performance, not learn-to-swim.
What strokes do you train?
All four competition strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly. Plus starts, turns, and underwater work.
Do you train for swim-team tryouts?
Yes. Tryout prep covers race-pace breathing, dive starts, flip turns, and strict stroke technique — what tryout coaches actually evaluate.
Where are swim sessions held?
At partner pools across South Florida. Pool location is confirmed when you book based on your closest city.
Do you measure pace and improvement?
Yes. We track 25/50/100 splits, stroke count per lap, and turn time. Most athletes see measurable improvement within 6–8 weeks of 2x/week training.
